Quote forms collect contact details, insurance needs, health summaries, occupation information and preferred contact times. The retirement tool also stores the assumptions and calculation submitted for advisor review.
How it is used
Information is used to respond, prepare insurance options, conduct needs analysis, communicate about the request and maintain service records. Only authorized administrators and customer service representatives should access the lead dashboard.
Security and retention
The production operator is responsible for access control, backups, encryption, retention policies and breach procedures. Do not upload medical records through a public quote form.
